鉾持村において御支配様へ右の願書をご覧に入れたところ、御支配所へも一通提出すべしとの御沙汰により、十日に鉾持村より御代官山下藤五郎様宛に一通差し上げました。

In addition to the above, one copy was submitted addressed to three people: Lord Kitahara Shotadayu, Lord Kitazawa Katsubei, and Lord Kobayashi Tozaemon.
On the 7th day of the third month mentioned above, the village headman and group leader of Hokoji Village went together to the government office and submitted it to Lord Goto Shinemon.
When the petition from Hokoji Village was shown to the supervising lord, he instructed that one copy should also be submitted to the administrative office. Therefore, on the 10th day, one copy was submitted from Hokoji Village to Lord Yamashita Togoro, the local magistrate.
