為差遣候処不熟ニ付此度申談候上離縁仕

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げる件
私の新吾について、鉾持町富屋源吉方へ養子として
差し向けましたところ、不適合につきこの度相談の上離縁し、
私の方へ引き取りたく内談いたしました。これにつき願い上げます。
右の趣旨について御慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお仰せ付け
くだされば有り難い仕合わせと存じます。以上 新町橋屋

御奉行所様
右の願書を七日に御役所にて清水兵作殿のお取り次ぎで差し上げましたところ、すぐに御聞き済みで町代へ申し渡されました。
