現代語訳
本来の助（補助者）を前もって申し遣わすべきであるが、当日の朝の五つ時（午前8時頃）からでは助を申し遣わしても、支障の程度が分からないので、急な助を決めておいて、心がけ日割（当番制）を定める。その日は朝から九つ時（正午）まで宿舎に在宅して心がけていること。急助と申すけれども、頼み合いの都合によるものである。それ故、助の回状も出さない。
英語訳
Normally, assistants should be sent in advance, but if they are sent from the hour of the Snake (around 8 AM) on the day itself, the extent of any problems cannot be known. Therefore, emergency assistants should be designated in advance, and a duty rotation system should be established. On those days, one should remain at one's lodgings from morning until the hour of the Horse (noon), staying alert. Although we call them "emergency assistants," this arrangement depends on mutual consultation. Therefore, no circular notices regarding assistants are issued.
