（前頁より続く）……このことを申し渡したとおり、御供頭の御用については、御近習向きからは取り計らい申すまじきこと。

○このこと、御時宜役に御供を仰せ付けられたことにつき、以後、御出殿の節は御時宜役共へ、各々より通達があるべきこと。

一、八月六日、宇都宮勘解由が申し聞かせたのは、奥山里御門の錠について、前々のとおり以後両錠入りに仰せ付けられ、右の鍵は奥之番の取り扱いとなった。つきましては、御出殿先の所において不時（ふじ）に御道替りとなり、山里通りを御通行になった節は、御徒目付より奥之番へ申し通ずるよう申し付けるべき旨、申し聞かせた。
但し、右につき、寛政三亥年二月に申し達した上錠・鍵ともに奥之番へ引き渡すよう、御城代与力へ申し達した。

○中将様御■■の節、御徒目付以下、股引着用仕り候えば、一同（相）成り、これにつき、当年、御国より罷り越す御徒目付・御徒等、股引を持参するよう仰せ出だされた由、江戸表より申し来たったので、右の趣、それぞれへ申し渡されるべきこと。

右のとおり大宮彦右衛門が申し聞かせたことにより、その段、御徒目付共へ申し渡した。
江戸にて
○諸御用向きは幅広に認（したた）めないようにとの御沙汰であり、■御■物等を仰せ出だされた事がある場合は、右等のことについて銘々の心得方もあるべき旨、仰せ付けられた由。
閏八月二十一日
右のとおり毛受伝三郎が申し聞かせたことにより、御徒目付ならびに両屋敷御門所をはじめ、組物書（くみものかき）へもそれぞれ申し渡した旨。

○ Regarding the above, as the protocol officer (御時宜役) has been assigned to escort duty, henceforth, on occasions of departure from the castle (御出殿), each person is to ensure that the protocol officers are duly notified.

Item: On the 6th day of the 8th month, Utsunomiya Kageyu communicated the following: regarding the lock of the Inner Yamazato Gate (奥山里御門), as ordered, henceforth the gate is to be double-locked as had been the practice in former times, and the keys are to be managed by the Inner Guard (奥之番). Accordingly, should the lord's route change unexpectedly during an outing and the party pass through the Yamazato passage (山里通り), it is to be instructed that the mounted inspectors (御徒目付) notify the Inner Guard in advance.
Proviso: In connection with the above, as communicated in the 2nd month of the 3rd year of Kansei (1791, Year of the Boar), both the upper lock and the keys are to be transferred to the Inner Guard; this was communicated to the castle deputy's mounted attendants (御城代与力).

Item: Bunka 2nd Year, Year of the Ox (1805)
○ On the occasion of the Middle Counselor's [Lord's] ■■, as the mounted inspectors (御徒目付) and those below them are to wear *momohiki* (close-fitting trousers), all are to do the same. In connection with this, it was decreed that the mounted inspectors and foot soldiers (御徒) traveling from the home domain this year are to bring *momohiki* with them; this was communicated from Edo, and the relevant parties are to be notified accordingly.
3rd day of the 3rd month
As the above was communicated by Ōmiya Hikoemon, the instruction was duly passed on to the mounted inspectors.
[Regarding matters] in Edo:
○ There is an order that official documents (諸御用向き) should not be written in an excessively broad format, and in cases where ■御■ items have been decreed, it has been directed that each person should bear this in mind and act accordingly.
21st day of the intercalary 8th month
As the above was communicated by Mōri Densaburō, it was duly passed on to the mounted inspectors, the gatekeepers of both residences (両屋敷御門所), and the clerical staff of the units (組物書).
