一、文化八未年（1811年）
一、二月十九日、別紙の通り御用人より申し聞かされたので、それぞれに申し渡した。
〇この度、大奥において御男子様がご誕生になられた。右の趣を粕谷内記ならびに御徒目付、その他組支配の者共へも申し聞かせ、恐悦（きょうえつ）を申し上げるよう取り計らうべきこと。
一、公辺への御届けの儀については、しばらく差し延べられる。左様に心得るべく、この段も申し聞かせるべきこと。

一、十月十一日、渋谷権左衛門より申し聞かせたことには、別紙の通り殺生除日（せっしょうよけび）が仰せ出されたので、御役人共へ通達すべき旨につき、それぞれに申し通した。

Item: Bunka 8th year, Year of the Sheep (1811)
Item: On the 19th day of the 2nd month, the following was communicated by the o-yōnin (senior household official) in accordance with the attached separate document, and notice was given to each party accordingly.
○ On this occasion, a male heir (go-danshi-sama) has been born in the O-oku (the inner residential quarters of the domain lord's palace). Regarding this matter, Kasuya Naiki, the o-kachi-metsuke (inspectors of foot soldiers), and all other personnel under unit command are to be informed, and arrangements are to be made for them to offer their respectful congratulations (kyōetsu).
Item: As for the matter of official notification to the public authorities (kōhen), it is to be deferred for the time being. All parties are to take note of this accordingly, and this point is also to be communicated.

Item: On the 11th day of the 10th month, Shibuya Gonzaemon communicated the following: As decreed per the attached separate document, the days of abstention from taking life (sesshō-yoke-bi) have been proclaimed. In accordance with the intent to notify all officials, notice was given to each party.
