一、文化九申年（1812年）
一、四月十三日、仙石万右衛門より申し聞かせたことには、別紙の通り仰せ出されたので、左様に心得るべき旨、かつまた、仁之助様のご儀について、去る三日に御嫡子にお立てになられたので、上々様へご歓びの書状を差し上げるべき旨、申し聞かされた。
仁之助様のご儀、去る三日より「若殿様」と申し奉ること。
一、「若殿様」「御前様」と申す御順のこと。

一、正月二十四日、中根靱負より申し聞かせたことには、麗照院様の御忌日が二十九日であったところ、以後は二十六日のご命日にあたることになった。右の趣を支配の者へも申し聞かせるようにとの申し聞かせにつき、それぞれに申し聞かせた。

《附記：姫様なり》
〇この度、大奥において御女子様がご誕生になられた。右の趣を粕谷内記、御徒目付、その他組支配の者へも申し聞かせ、恐悦を申し上げるよう取り計らうべきこと。
一、公辺への御届けの儀については、しばらく差し延べられる。左様に心得るべく、この儀も申し聞かせるべきこと。

Item: Bunka 9th year, Year of the Monkey (1812)
Item: On the 13th day of the 4th month, Sengoku Manuemon communicated the following: As decreed per the attached separate document, all parties are to take note accordingly. Furthermore, regarding the matter of Ninnosuke-sama: on the 3rd day of this month, he was designated as the official heir (chakushi). Therefore, letters of congratulation are to be sent to the higher lords (jōjō-sama).
Regarding Ninnosuke-sama: from the 3rd day of this month, he is henceforth to be respectfully addressed as "Waka-tono-sama" (the Young Lord).
Item: The order of address shall be "Waka-tono-sama" followed by "O-mae-sama."

Item: Bunka 10th year, Year of the Rooster (1813)
Item: On the 24th day of the 1st month, Nakane Yukinojo communicated the following: The memorial anniversary (kijitsu) of Reishōin-sama had previously fallen on the 29th day, but henceforth it is to fall on the 26th day. In accordance with the instruction to inform those under one's supervision of this matter, notice was given to each party accordingly.

Item: On the last day of the 3rd month, the following was communicated by the o-yōnin in accordance with the attached separate document, and notice was given to each party accordingly.

○ On this occasion, a female child (go-joshi-sama) has been born in the O-oku (the inner residential quarters of the domain lord's palace). Regarding this matter, Kasuya Naiki, the o-kachi-metsuke (inspectors of foot soldiers), and all other personnel under unit command are to be informed, and arrangements are to be made for them to offer their respectful congratulations (kyōetsu).
Item: As for the matter of official notification to the public authorities (kōhen), it is to be deferred for the time being. All parties are to take note of this accordingly, and this point is also to be communicated.
