一 御領内山方ニ而畜類多出作毛を荒百姓難儀仕
玉込不申候鉄砲ニ而おとし申度古ゟ所持来候ハ

現代語訳
一 御領内の山方において畜類が多く出没し作物を荒らすため百姓が難儀しているが、弾込めをしない鉄砲で（畜類を）撃ち落としたいという場合、古くから所持してきた鉄砲はそのまま差し置くべき筈である。
一 御領内の山方において古くから猟師が鉄砲による狩りで生計を立てている者は、持参してきた鉄砲をそのまま差し置くべき筈である。
右の通り御吟味を遂げ、百姓共の申し分に紛れがない場合は、何郡何村の百姓の名前並びに何匁玉の鉄砲何挺を一人ずつ詳細に記録しておき、もっとも御書付の通り手形を受け取り置くべき筈である。その他、理由なく百姓が鉄砲を所持している場合は、すぐに御取り上げになるべき筈である。これについても何郡何村の百姓名、何匁玉の鉄砲何挺を所持していたのを御取り上げになった旨を帳面に詳しく記録しておくべき筈である。
一 御領内の寺社が御朱印地であっても遠慮なく御改めになるべき筈である。
一 御領内に居住している浪人で鉄砲の達人として弟子などに指南をするために鉄砲を所持している場合、または鉄砲稽古をして有り付くため申し立てをしたい旨を申す場合は、その申し分を正されて差し置くべき筈である。もっとも借地借屋に居住している者は御書付の通り手形を受け取り置くべき筈である。その他、浪人が鉄砲を所持している分は
