内藤大和守領分信州伊奈郡辰野村外弐拾九ヶ村
惣代伊那村庄屋長九郎平出村年寄四郎兵衛
小出村年寄弥五右衛門野底村庄屋弥次兵衛一同
奉申上候私共儀今般松平丹波守様御預所
同州同郡御子柴外壱人ゟ天龍
川通舩御願立之儀ニ付被召出御尋ニ付難渋
之始末左ニ奉申上候
一当村之儀者御田地用水天龍川〆切堰場井
筋数ケ所補理用水引取御田地相続右川

内藤大和守領分信州伊那郡辰野村外二十九ヶ村
総代伊那村庄屋長九郎、平出村年寄四郎兵衛、

申し上げます。私どものことについて、この度松平丹波守様の御預所
同州同郡の御子柴外一人から天竜
川通船の御願い立ての件について呼び出されて御尋ねに付き、難渋
の始末を左に申し上げます
一、当村のことは御田地用水を天竜川で堰き止め、堰場及び
水路数ヶ所から用水を引き取って御田地を維持しており、右の川

From the territory of Naito Yamato-no-kami, Shinano Province, Ina District, Tatsuno Village and twenty-nine other villages
Representatives: Ina Village headman Chōkurō, Hiraide Village elder Shirōbei,
Koide Village elder Yagoemon, Nosoko Village headman Yajibei, collectively
submit this petition. Regarding our circumstances, we have recently been summoned by Matsudaira Tanba-no-kami-sama's administrative territory
concerning a petition submitted by Mikoshiba and one other person from the same province and district for navigation rights on the Tenryu
River, and having been questioned about this matter, we hereby report the details of our difficulties as follows:
1. Regarding our village, we maintain our rice fields by damming the Tenryu River for agricultural water, constructing weirs and
drawing irrigation water from several waterway locations to sustain our rice fields, and this river
