一同九辰年十二月精出宜相勤候ニ付御上下
壱具被下置之旨被 仰出御品者於
御前頂戴仕候事
一同十一午年四月梶原弥三郎病気ニ付
跡御目付仮役被 仰付候事
一同年五月不調法者ニて重仮役之儀難
相勤御手支之儀可在御座与甚恐入奉存候
依之仮役御免被成下置候様願申上候処

一同年六月年来実儀ニ相勤候ニ付 御表
御納戸ニ被 仰付席御部屋御納戸被

仰出三田御目付仮役暫相勤骨折候ニ付

現代語訳
一、同九辰年十二月、精を出してよく勤めたにつき御上下
一具を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出され、御品は
御前において頂戴したこと
一、同十一午年四月、梶原弥三郎が病気につき
跡の御目付仮役を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年五月、不調法者であって重い仮役の儀は
勤めることが困難で、御手数をおかけすることがあるかと甚だ恐れ入り存じ、
これにより仮役を御免になし下し置かれるよう願い申し上げたところ、
迷惑することはもっともなことであるが当分の儀であるから精を出して
勤めるよう仰せ出されたこと
一、同年六月、年来実直に勤めたにつき御表
御納戸に仰せ付けられ、席は御部屋御納戸に
仰せ付けられた節の年月をもって順序と定めるよう
仰せ出され、三田御目付仮役をしばらく勤め骨折ったにつき
御上下一具を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された

一、同年七月、数年実直に勤めたにつき
紹栴院様より御内々にて御上下一具を下し
置かれる旨を仰せ出され、御品は

1. In the 9th year, Dragon year, 12th month: For serving diligently and well, it was announced that
a complete set of formal garments would be granted, and the gift was
received directly in the lord's presence
1. In the 11th year, Horse year, 4th month: Due to Kajiwara Yasaburō's illness,
he was appointed as temporary inspector (metsuke) in his place
1. In the same year, 5th month: Being incompetent and finding it difficult to
fulfill the duties of this important temporary position, fearing he might cause trouble,
he petitioned to be relieved of the temporary post, but
while his concerns were deemed reasonable, he was told it was a temporary matter and
ordered to serve diligently
1. In the same year, 6th month: For serving faithfully over the years, he was appointed to
the front palace treasury, with his rank determined by
the date of his appointment to the inner palace treasury position, as announced.
For temporarily serving as Mita inspector and working hard,
a complete set of formal garments was granted as announced
