一、寛延元辰年正月、親の左吉の件について数年出精して
相勤めたことにより、御情けをもって三人扶持を下し置かれ、御供番
勤めを仰せ付けられたこと

一、同二巳年四月、跡式御知行百五十石を
御相違なく下し置かれ、只今までの通り御供番を相勤め
