一同三寅年四月御装束方之者御人少ニ相成
欽文様御勤ニ被為 成候得者御差支ニ相成候間
嫡子共之内へ右稽古見習被 仰付仍之
御用透之節々右嫡子共へも稽古為見習
候様被 仰付候事
一同月廿二日五拾弐歳ニ而病死法名智浄院

一、同三寅年四月、恭定様の御遺物を下し置かれた（御品は詳細不明）こと
一、同三寅年四月、御装束方の者が人数少なくなり、欽文様の御勤めに支障が生じることになったため、嫡子たちの中から右の稽古見習いを仰せ付けられ、これにより御用の手が空いた時々に、右の嫡子たちへも稽古見習いをするよう仰せ付けられたこと
一、同月二十二日、五十二歳で病死。法名は智浄院真月日詠居士。葬所は同上
