下し置かれたこと
一、同年九月、郎等（家来）を引き連れて会津へ下向したこと
一、同月、貞昭様の御小性を相勤めることについて、冥加のため御仮殿の御番を勤めたい旨を願い出たところ、御一周忌まで御小性御雇い勤めを仰せ付けられ相勤めたこと
一、同年十二月、御仮殿御雇いの御小性たちに御一周忌まで御番を仰せ付け置かれたが、来春見祢山豊岡の御社へ御遷座なされる儀があるので、その節までは今まで通り相勤めたい旨を願い出たところ、御遷座までは今まで通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、翌卯年三月まで相勤めたこと
一、同四卯年四月より、御城御番を相勤めたこと
一、同年六月、貞昭様が江戸を御発ちになった後、あれこれと御仮殿御番詰切りを相勤め、かつここ許りでなく御仮殿御番をも精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出されたこと
一、同月、御小性を仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出されたこと
一、同年十二月、殿様の御用をも相勤めることについて
