一、寛文六午年四月、松平大和守様の野沢御泊まりへ御使として相勤めたことにより、御同人様より御使を以て時服二つを下し置かれたこと
一、同九酉年十一月、御使として江戸表へ参上し、同月下向したこと
一、同十戌年三月二十六日、四十六歳にて病死、法名永誉寿峰居士、葬所加納山願成就寺

1. In the same 4th year, Boar year (1647), 10th month, he was granted an additional 50 koku and appointed to the position of御納戸役 (御納戸役, treasurer/keeper of the lord's personal effects)

1. In Manji 3rd year, Rat year (1660), 4th month, when he went up to Edo for guard duty service, he was granted an additional 100 koku and appointed to the position of 御使番 (messenger/envoy officer)
1. In Kanbun 6th year, Horse year (1666), 4th month, he served as an envoy to Matsudaira Yamato-no-kami's lodging at Nozawa, and for this service, the same lord granted him two sets of seasonal court dress through an envoy
1. In the same 9th year, Rooster year (1669), 11th month, he went up to Edo as an envoy and returned in the same month
1. In the same 10th year, Dog year (1670), 3rd month, 26th day, he died of illness at age 46. His Buddhist name was Eiyō Juhō Koji, and he was buried at Ganshōjuji Temple on Mount Kanō
