現代語訳
一、同二酉年二月、三田御屋敷仮御目付役を仰せ付けられ、格式は御次番の上に仰せ付けられ、同三月に三田御屋敷へ引越したこと
一、正徳三巳年六月、芝御屋敷御目付仮役を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年八月、御目付を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同年十一月、五十石の御役料を下し置かれ、紹栴院様御用役を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同五未年三月、御役料五十石を下され、都合百石の御役料にて紹栴院様御聞番役を仰せ付けられた
但し労銀五枚ずつを下し置かれたこと

一、同六申年七月、数年の勤方がよろしく、その上同役の原新五右衛門が病気につき、御用多忙の節に一人で相勤めた。これにより御褒美として悴七郎左衛門に御供方勤を仰せ付ける旨を仰せ出され、紹栴院様より御上下を下し置かれたこと

英語訳
1. In the same 2nd year, Rooster year (1705), 2nd month, he was appointed as temporary inspector (kari-ometsuke) of the Mita residence, with rank above the regular rotation attendants (otsugi-ban), and moved to the Mita residence in the same 3rd month
1. In Shōtoku 3rd year, Snake year (1713), 6th month, he was appointed as temporary inspector of the Shiba residence
1. In the same year, 8th month, he was appointed as full inspector (ometsuke)
1. In the same year, 11th month, he was granted a stipend of 50 koku and appointed to serve Shōsen-in-sama
1. In the same 5th year, Sheep year (1715), 3rd month, he was granted an additional stipend of 50 koku, for a total stipend of 100 koku, and appointed as intelligence officer (kikiban) for Shōsen-in-sama
Note: He was also granted 5 pieces of labor silver each time
