年宜相勤其上同役原新五左衛門

年もよく相勤め、その上同役の原新五左衛門が病気につき、御用の多い節に一人で相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として私に

一、享保八卯年八月、跡式として御知行百五十石を相違なく下し置かれ、只今まで通り御供方を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
