一同三寅年十月為勤番江戸表へ罷
登翌卯四月御供仕罷下候
但陣中 御道中共皆勤致候
段被 仰出旦此後毎度御称美被

現代語訳
候事
一、同三寅年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ出向き、翌卯四月に御供として帰国した
但し陣中・御道中とも皆勤を果たした段をお褒めの言葉を頂戴し、かつこの後毎度御称美を賜った事
一、寛延二巳年四月、御迎えのため立ち帰り出向いた事
一、同三午年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ出向いたところ、御入用が無いとのことで、御尊骸の御供として帰国した事
一、宝暦三酉年十一月、先達て御国目付衆への御饗応その他諸社での勤務を適切に相勤めた段をお褒めの言葉を頂戴した事
一、同六子年十月、勤番のため江戸表へ出向き、翌丑四月に帰国した事
