江戸表に登り、勤番三陣を懈怠なく精出して相勤めたことにより、御召古の麻御上下壱具を下賜する旨を仰せ出され、御品は追って御前において下賜された事
一、安永二巳年三月、久左衛門と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、同三午年二月、願いの通り御役を御免になり、外様組付を仰せ付けられて三宅孫兵衛組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同年十月、願いの通り息子左内が御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一、同七戌年十月十九日、五十六歳にて病死、法名深広院■誉宗底居士、葬所は同上
