現代語訳
一、仰せ付けられ、御役料百石を下賜された旨が仰せ出された事
一、同二戌年三月、先務の節、地下取り計いの儀について御改正の始めに、細々と心を尽くし郷役所出役をも致し出精相勤めたに付き、御褒美として銀子五枚・綿二把を下賜された旨が仰せ出された事
一、同四子年十二月、御蔵入諸入用を始め凡そ御省方が格別に改正を仰せ付けられたに付いては、役人をも減らされたに付き、当務を御免成され、外様組付きを仰せ付けられ、只今まで精出し相勤めたに付き、御褒美として綿五把を下賜された旨が仰せ出された
但し御家老組二番組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、享和三亥年三月、久左衛門と改名したい旨を願い、許可された事
一、文化元子年三月、願いの通り悴初之助が御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一、同十一戊年十一月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた事

1. He was appointed and granted a role stipend of 100 koku, as was announced

In the same 2nd year, Dog year (1790), 3rd month, regarding the land survey calculations during his previous duties, at the beginning of the administrative reforms, he devoted himself meticulously and diligently served including dispatch duties to the village offices, for which he was granted 5 pieces of silver and 2 bundles of cotton as commendation, as was announced

In the same 4th year, Rat year (1792), 12th month, when comprehensive administrative reforms were ordered beginning with various expenses of the direct domain, officials were also reduced, so his current duties were dismissed and he was appointed to the outer retainer group. For his diligent service up to this point, he was granted 5 bundles of cotton as commendation, as was announced
Note: He joined the second unit of the senior retainer group and served castle guard duty
1. In Kyōwa 3, Boar year (1803), 3rd month, his request to change his name to Kyūzaemon was granted
1. In Bunka 1, Rat year (1804), 3rd month, as requested, his son Hatsunosuke was appointed as guard substitute
1. In the same 11th year, Dragon year (1814), 11th month, as requested, he was granted permission to retire
