仰せ付けられ候事
一、同五年辰年六月、地下取扱い宜しく、御高増、不時囲い物、社倉籾取立方等宜しく取り計らい、産子養育筋の儀、別して心を尽くし存寄等も申し出で、その外地下労費省方共に細々心を付け精出し相勤め候につき、御褒美として御上下の代、晒一反を下し置かれ候事
一、同六年巳年三月、山奉行を仰せ付けられ候事
一、同年七月、新編風土記取調べにつき、請け前の御用向最初より引き通し精出し相勤め候段を仰せ出され候事
一、同月、追鳥狩りにつき御目付仮役を仰せ付けられ罷り出で、獲物拝領仕り候事
一、同年九月、左兵衛と改名仕りたき旨、願いを任せられ候事
一、同七年午年十二月、持席にて御目付を仰せ付けられ候事

1. In the 6th month of the same 5th year, Dragon year (1808), handled local administration well, properly managed the increase in assessed rice yield, emergency stockpiles, and collection of rice from community granaries, devoted special attention to child-rearing matters and submitted proposals, and in addition paid close attention to reducing the labor costs of local people and worked diligently, for which he was rewarded with one tan of bleached cloth in place of formal dress
1. In the 3rd month of the same 6th year, Snake year (1809), was appointed as mountain magistrate (yama-bugyō)
1. In the 7th month of the same year, regarding the compilation of the New Revised Topographical Record (Shinpen Fudoki), worked diligently on the assigned duties from the very beginning, for which he was commended
1. In the same month, for the hunting expedition, was appointed as temporary inspector (metsuke) and went out, receiving game as a reward
1. In the 9th month of the same year, his request to change his name to Saemon was granted
