把を下し置かれ候事
一、同九年申年十月、相州へ勤番として罷り登り、同十二月江戸表へ召され候につき罷り出で候処、御前へ召し出され御意を蒙り奉り、御次にて頼母殿品々御尋ね共これ有り、御用相済み罷り帰り候事
一、同十年酉年五月、糺中（ママ）相州郡奉行仮役を仰せ付けられ候事
一、同年閏十一月、相州勤番中精出し滞り無く相勤め候段を仰せ出され候事
一、同十一年戌年二月、郡奉行を仰せ付けられ候事
