さいかちたけ ますたけ《羽州秋田》
この物は図を載せず。皇和蕈譜に「形は糖蕈（はつたけ）に
似て色白く、ひだもまたますます皎白。大きなものは直径
三寸ほど。あるいは味は佳くないという。」とある。
