載っている図。同書によると
形は御上人（キノコの一種）に
似ているが味は及ばない。
表面は深緑で、そよご
の木の葉の色
に似ているので、この名前で
呼ばれると書かれている。

うめたけ 梅蕈（呉県志より）
梅樹蕈（呉蕈譜より）
菌史に載っている図。同書によると、古い梅の
木の下に稀に生える（中略）。美味でこれを
食べる。柔らかく滑らかで新鮮で美味しく、香気が非常に強烈。夏秋
の間に現れる。一種の淡紅色のものがあり、
形はやや肥大しているが、香味はかなり劣ると書かれている。

Soyogo-take (Holly mushroom)
Illustration found in
Shin'yō Kinfu. According to the same book,
its shape resembles
Oshōnin (a type of mushroom)
but the taste is inferior.
The surface is deep green, similar
to the color of soyogo
tree leaves, hence
the name.

Ume-take Bai-shin (from Goken-shi)
Baiju-shin (from Go-jin-fu)
Illustration found in Kinshi. According to the same book, it rarely
grows under old plum trees (omitted). It is delicious and
eaten. Soft, smooth, fresh and tasty, with very strong fragrance. It appears during
summer and autumn. There is one variety of pale red color
that is somewhat larger in form but considerably inferior in fragrance and taste.
