現代語訳

せうろ
信陽菌譜に載せられている図と同じ。同書によると、海浜の松の下に二、三種あり、信州に一種、俗に「あわせうろ」（または「栗松露」）と称するものがあるという。

日光菌譜に載せられている図
【左丁】
あいたけ
菌史に載せられている図。同書によると、秋の間、林中に生える。傘は薄く、直径一寸ほど、青緑色で、これを摘むと手が染まる。背面に針で開けたような穴があり、茎は細く、背面と手は白色。油の臭いがある。この茸は発生すると即座に傘を広げ、他の茸類とは異なる。徐々に次第に大きく広がるという。

Seuro
Same illustration as recorded in the Shin'yō Kinfu (Mushroom Chronicle of Shin'yō). According to that book, there are two or three varieties under pines near the seashore, and in Shinshū province there is one variety commonly called "awa-seuro" (or "kuri-shōro" - chestnut pine dew).

Aitake
Illustration recorded in Kinshi (Mushroom History). According to the same book, it grows in forests during autumn. The cap is thin, about one inch in diameter, blue-green in color, and when picked it stains the hands. There are needle-like perforations on the back surface, the stem is slender, and the back surface and stem are white in color. It has an oily smell. This mushroom opens its umbrella immediately upon emerging, which is different from other mushrooms. It gradually expands larger over time.
