一二丸え之用向を始三丸より内え之用入三丸大手一口にいたし火事等又は無拠事之外一切出入無用
ニ候収納之節蔵へ郷方のもの罷越候も三丸大手より出入可為致事
一広敷向用事付て楠本八十次長塩又市より申越次第二丸裏門川毛門両所共ニ明可申候鍵は二丸表門
之足軽ニもたせ遣し用事無滞様ニ可心得事
一二丸玄関者常に仕廻置可申候目付共勿論岡右衛門折々罷越破損等相改可申候事
一近習向之義小納戸之者折々罷越右同断ニ心得可申候勿論岡右衛門義同前ニ心得可申候事
一火之番定之通親規ニ中間小頭壱人中間相応に火消道具之手当いたし置可申候其外之勤之義先規之
通に可相心得事
一庭向樹木等之義只今迄之通儀左衛門金助世話可仕候事

一、二丸への用向きをはじめ、三丸より内への用入り、三丸大手一口にいたし、火事等または止むを得ない事の外、一切出入り無用にて候。収納の節、蔵へ郷方の者罷り越し候も、三丸大手より出入り致すべき事
一、広敷向き用事につき、楠本八十次・長塩又市より申し越し次第、二丸裏門・川毛門両所とも明け申すべし。鍵は二丸表門の足軽に持たせ遣わし、用事滞りなきよう心得るべき事
一、二丸玄関は常に仕舞い置き申すべし。目付共はもちろん、岡右衛門折々罷り越し、破損等相改め申すべき事
一、近習向きの義、小納戸の者折々罷り越し、右同断に心得申すべし。もちろん岡右衛門義も同前に心得申すべき事
一、火の番定めの通り、親規に中間小頭一人、中間相応に消火道具の手当ていたし置き申すべし。その外の勤めの義、先規の通りに心得申すべき事
一、庭向き樹木等の義、只今までの通り儀左衛門・金助世話仕るべき事

1. Regarding official business to the second compound and any needs within the third compound area, all shall be conducted through the single entrance of the third compound main gate. Except for fires or unavoidable circumstances, all other entry and exit is forbidden. During tax collection when rural people come to the storehouses, they must also enter and exit through the third compound main gate.
1. Regarding hiroshipi quarters business affairs, when Kusumoto Yasoji and Nagashio Mataichi send word, both the second compound rear gate and Kawage Gate shall be opened. Keys shall be given to the foot soldiers at the second compound front gate, and care shall be taken that official business proceeds without delay.
1. The second compound entrance shall always be kept closed. The inspectors and of course Okaemon shall occasionally visit to inspect for damage and repairs.
1. Regarding close attendant affairs, konadō personnel shall occasionally visit and handle matters in the same manner. Of course Okaemon shall also handle matters in the same way.
1. Fire watch duties as prescribed: according to previous regulations, one chūgen squad leader and an appropriate number of chūgen shall maintain firefighting equipment. Other duties shall be handled according to previous regulations.
1. Regarding garden landscaping and trees: Gizaemon and Kinsuke shall continue to manage these as before.
The above regulations for the lord's absence shall be strictly observed.

1. Regarding fireplaces and fires in all rooms, utmost care shall be taken with water and attention to fire prevention, so that even the slightest disturbance among the lower ranks shall not occur.
