一、隊付の軍医・馬医・火工・鉄工・木工・縫工・蹄鉄工・喇叭卒は、該当する部隊の服制を用い、左の腕に章を付ける。図の通りである。
一、隊外の軍医・馬医は参謀科の服制を用いる。

Non-commissioned officers and enlisted men of the Imperial Guard shall use dark blue cotton woolen cloth; non-commissioned officers and enlisted men of garrison troops shall use dark blue heavy woolen cloth.
1. Unit-attached military doctors, veterinarians, artillery specialists, metalworkers, carpenters, tailors, blacksmiths, and buglers shall use the uniform regulations of their respective units and attach insignia to the left arm as shown in the diagram.
