現代語訳
一、今日、竹の間御座席奉行および御奏者番の某が任命された。御目付に御座席奉行が任命されたので、中の間において御料理を給することを申し伝え、御饗応の際の進行方法について御奏者番と申し合わせた。御中入前の二番目の御能が始まったところで、公家衆への御饗応について御座席奉行と申し合わせ、中の間へ赴いて御料理を給し、再び御能見物の席に出た。御中入が済み、廣蓋が済んで寄った頃合いを見計らって雁の間へ赴き、図の場所に着座した。
英語訳
1. Today, a certain person was appointed as both the Takenoma (Bamboo Room) seating magistrate and announcer-attendant. Since a seating magistrate was appointed to the position of inspector, it was conveyed that meals would be served in the Nakanoma (Middle Room). The procedures for the banquet were coordinated with the announcer-attendant. When the second Noh performance began before the intermission, coordination was made with the seating magistrate regarding the banquet for the court nobles, and after going to the Middle Room to serve the meal, [the official] returned to the Noh viewing seats. After the intermission was completed and the ceremonial lacquered containers were cleared away, [the official] proceeded to the Karinoma (Wild Geese Room) at an appropriate time and took a seat at the designated location.
