現代語訳

前々井上河内守殿が竹の間御座席奉行を勤められた節は、年寄衆が出席した段で御奏者番一人でそのことを申し上げていたとのことを、河内殿の話として聞いている。
後の参考のためにこれを記録しておく。

一　御三家の者は廣蓋の儀式が済むと御部屋にお入りになり、奏者番衆の案内で御饗応の席へいつものようにお出ましになるとのこと
一　御能の前に御襖を開き、四の間でお目見えし、直ちに見物の席に着座される。御能が済むと右の所でお目見えし、雁の間へ回り、年寄衆が出席した節に御祝儀を申し上げ、七半時頃に退出申し上げる。

Previously, when Lord Inoue Kawachi-no-kami served as the Takenoma seating magistrate, when the elder councilors appeared, one announcer-attendant would report this matter, according to what was told by Lord Kawachi.

1. Regarding the Three Branch Houses: after the formal umbrella ceremony is completed, they enter the chamber and, guided by the announcer-attendants, proceed to the banquet seats as usual.
1. Before the Noh performance, the sliding doors are opened, and [the lord] has an audience in the fourth chamber, then immediately takes his seat at the viewing area. After the Noh performance concludes, he has an audience at that location, then proceeds to the Karinoma where, when the elder councilors appear, congratulations are offered, and withdrawal occurs around the seventh half-hour (approximately 5 PM).
