現代語訳

大岡式部少輔殿から借り写し置いたもの。右の外、この留書の通り何も変わる事はない。これに依って別に記さず、書き込み置くものである。

天明三年卯三月
　御祝儀にて御料理を下される節の御座席奉行は、栁の間で屏風仕切りにて頂戴する。公家衆の御能の節は中の間にて頂戴する事。

Third month of Temmei 3, year of the Rabbit (1783)
　When ceremonial meals are bestowed during celebrations, the seating magistrates receive them in the Yanaginoma (Willow Room) partitioned by folding screens. During Noh performances by court nobles, they receive them in the Nakanoma (Middle Room).
