【右丁上段】
いである。海馬（かいば）というのはこのことである。産婦の手に持たせれば安産するといわれている。
○鰤（ぶり）は肝臓の機能を良くし、血を補う。脾胃が実証の者は食べてはいけない。
○鰣（えそ）は虚労を補う。油を取って火傷に塗ると効果的である。
○鰚魚（はらか）は腹赤（はらか）とも書く。このはらかという魚を帝に献上したことがある。
【左丁上段】
○矢幹魚（やからいお）は鱧に似ているが色が赤い。膈症で喉に食べ物が詰まるのを治す。
○青前（さごし）魚は諸病に害がない。馬鮫（さわら）の小さいものである。
○鯡（にしん）は効能と毒性がはっきりしない。猫の病気を治す。
○鱓（ごまめ）は鰮頭（いわし）魚の小さいものである。効能と毒性はまだはっきりしない。
