○烏賊（いか）は気を増し、意志を強くし、人に益がある。月経を通じさせる。
○鱝（えい）は男子の白濁、膏淋、玉茎の痛みを治す。小毒があり、人に益はない。海鷂魚も同様である。
○土肉（なまこ）は元気を補い、五臓を増し、三焦の熱を去る。鴨と同じ

○海馬（かいば）は血気の痛みを治し、水臓を温め、陽道を盛んにし、かたまりを消し、疔のはれ痛みによい。
○海牛（すずめいお）は功能がまだはっきりしない。
○章挙（たこ）は血を養い、気を増す。冷性のものなので、脾胃の弱い者は食べてはいけない。章魚も同様である。石鮔はあしながだこ、飯蛌はいいだこである。
