其外 洩（も）れたるは後偏に出す此 草紙（さうし）は今度の
大変 他国（たこく）へ文通（ぶんつう）【振り仮名が「ぶんつう」に見えない】にてしらせる人此小冊にてこと

This booklet is intended for people who wish to inform other provinces about this great disaster through correspondence, so that they may understand the details through this small册子, and I deeply believe that if this is also preserved for future generations, it will serve as a guide for them.
