阿片等は尚更の事なり《割書：埼嶴（ながさき）の医笠戸恕節曰閏戌年麻疹後｜此証流行したれども熱浮多く冷浮至て》
少くなし故に西洋傳習の医阿片を用て皆敗北したり此地俗間に一術
あり渇するもの冷水を強飲し又は冷水に浴させて全活するもの多し

（四味を伏竜肝水で煎じるのである。）呉茱萸湯の症状もあるので選用すべきである。ある老医の伝授によると、下痢・煩躁の甚だしいものには、枇杷子・白朮・茯苓の三味を煎じて用いて効験があるという。枇杷子は随分用いる場合がある。嘔吐・下痢の後に心中が苦しく煩悶して乱れるものには、黄連解毒湯（黄連・黄芩・梔子・黄柏の四味）を淡く煎じて用いる時は即効がある。ただし、一瞬にして嘔吐・下痢・煩躁するものと、嘔吐・下痢が止んでも煩悶がますます甚だしいものは、薬効が現れないうちに絶命する。実に恐るべき甚だしさである。また一種、嘔吐・下痢せずに煩悶するものがある。これは霍乱の乾霍乱があるように、疫毒の激しいものである。早く走馬湯を用いるべきである（杏仁二十粒・巴豆五粒を絹に包み打ち砕き、熱湯で絞り出して用いる）。この薬で嘔吐・下痢が済むものである。その後は症状に随って薬を投与すべきである。また転
