一貴殿金子弐百両也慥ニ受取候様
伝二郎江借付相渡シ申候処少茂相
違無御座候右ニ付本証文之義貴殿江
相渡申候処少茂異論無御座候
為後日証文仍而如件

差し出し申す一札の事
一、貴殿の金子二百両を確かに受け取り候様
伝二郎へ貸し付け相渡し申し候ところ、少しも相
違ございません。右に付き本証文の義、貴殿へ
相渡し申し候ところ、少しも異論ございません。
後日のための証文、よって件の如し

Certificate hereby submitted
Item: Regarding your two hundred ryō of gold which was properly received
and lent to Denjirō, there is no discrepancy whatsoever.
Concerning the main promissory note which was delivered to you,
there is no objection whatsoever.
This certificate is for future reference, therefore as stated herein.
