左之通書付を以月番御家老本多修理恒久申渡

一 御領分ゟ他国江出候早々福井松本石場ニ改所
申付置合両所之内ニ而通切手を取上下御関所
幷二ッ屋河野口通候様可被申付事
一 右両所之改所ニ町人之内改州之者申付御関
所々江判監為差越宜相改通候様可致事
一 御領分町在方幷三国金津府中ゟ他国江出候
荷物数右改所江相断通切手を西請取可相通候
尤右通切手受取候節定之通役所江判賃銭相
渡シ可申事
一 御領所御代官所他領ゟ土候荷物幷他国往来
荷物之分ハ板取口二つ屋口ハ今庄問屋ニ而相改
河野口ハ湯谷村問屋下口ハ細呂木問屋ニ而落

一 九月十八日、御座所において、御領分より他国へ出る商品の件について
左の通り書付をもって月番御家老本多修理恒久が申し渡した

覚
一 御領分より他国へ出る商品について、福井松本石場に改所を
設置し、両所のうちで通行切手を交付し、上下御関所
並びに二ツ屋河野口を通行するよう申し付けること
一 右両所の改所に町人の中から改役の者を申し付け、御関
所々へ判監として差し越し、よろしく検査して通行させるようにすること
一 御領分の町在方並びに三国金津府中より他国へ出る
荷物については、右改所へ届け出て通行切手を
受け取って通行すること。尤も右通行切手受け取りの節、定めの通り役所へ判賃銭を
渡すべきこと
一 御領所御代官所他領より来る荷物並びに他国往来の
荷物の分は、板取口二つ屋口は今庄問屋にて検査し、
河野口は湯谷村問屋、下口は細呂木問屋にて検査すること

One For goods leaving the domain for other provinces, inspection stations shall be
established at Fukui Matsumoto Ishiba, and travel permits shall be issued at both locations
for passage through the upper and lower checkpoints
as well as Futsuya and Kōnoguchi
One At these two inspection stations, inspectors shall be appointed from among the townspeople,
and supervisors shall be sent to the various checkpoints to ensure proper inspection and passage
One For cargo leaving the domain's towns, rural areas, and Mikuni, Kanazu, and Fuchū for other provinces,
notification must be made to the aforementioned inspection stations and travel permits must be
obtained for passage. When receiving these travel permits, the prescribed fees must be
paid to the office
One For cargo coming from other domains to the lord's territory and magistrate stations, as well as cargo in transit to other provinces,
inspection shall be conducted at Imatani wholesalers for Itatori-guchi and Futsuya-guchi routes,
at Yudani village wholesalers for Kōno-guchi, and at Hosorogi wholesalers for the lower route
