物品を検査し、御領分から出る荷物と紛らわしくないように送り
切手を添えて御関所で滞りなく通行するよう右問屋共に
申し付けること。尤も荷物については判賃は不要のこと
右の通り各々の支配に厳重に申し付けるべきこと
