宣奉 勅 件 人 宜 令 任
左近衛権少将者
奉 享保十八年十二月十八日大外記兼楴 頭 正【掃部頭造酒正】中原朝臣師守
但三日四日御日柄二付今日御頂戴被成
一 二月八日 陽寿院様御石塔之下江御納之品々御廣敷御用人
熊野覚右衛門 持参福井江表【着】御家老指図ニ而運正寺江相納之
一 同日於天徳寺陽寿院様御百ケ日御法事御執行有之
一 同月十二日右同新【断】ニ付於運正寺今朝御茶湯御執行有之
一 同月二十一日御留守居荒川惣右衛門直■御城江罷出候處【処】歳暮
御祝儀御献上二【ニ】付而之 御内書幷御奉書御老中御渡
有之其節惣右衛門江御巻物拝領被 仰付惣右衛門罷帰

侍従源朝臣宗矩
正二位行権大納言兼右近衛大将藤原朝臣常雅
勅を奉じて宣す 件の人をして左近衛権少将に任ぜしむべし
享保十八年十二月十八日 大外記兼掃部頭造酒正中原朝臣師守 奉
但し三日四日は御日柄により今日御頂戴された
一、二月八日、陽寿院様の御石塔の下に納める品々を、御広敷御用人熊野覚右衛門が持参して福井に着き、御家老の指図により運正寺に納めた
一、同日、天徳寺において陽寿院様の百ヶ日の御法事が執行された
一、同月十二日、右の新忌により運正寺において今朝御茶湯が執行された
一、同月二十一日、御留守居荒川惣右衛門直〔朗〕が登城したところ、歳暮の御祝儀御献上についての御内書並びに御奉書が御老中より渡された。その際、惣右衛門に御巻物が拝領され、惣右衛門が帰宅後、御内書を指上げて御頂戴された

By imperial command it is decreed that the said person shall be appointed Assistant Captain of the Left Palace Guards
Kyōhō 18th year, 12th month, 18th day - Senior Secretary concurrently Head of Palace Maintenance and Sake Production Nakahara no Ason Moromori - Respectfully transmitted
However, as the 3rd and 4th were inauspicious days, the ceremony was held today
1. On the eighth day of the second month, items to be placed beneath Yōjuin-sama's stone pagoda were brought to Fukui by palace attendant Kumano Kakuzaemon and deposited at Unshōji Temple according to the senior retainer's instructions
1. On the same day, the 100th day memorial service for Yōjuin-sama was held at Tentokuji Temple
1. On the twelfth day of the same month, due to the above mourning period, a memorial tea ceremony was held this morning at Unshōji Temple
1. On the twenty-first day of the same month, when Edo representative Arakawa Sōzaemon Nao[aki] appeared at the castle, he received from the senior councilors an inner letter and official letter regarding the year-end congratulatory offerings. On that occasion, Sōzaemon was granted a scroll, and upon his return, he presented the inner letter which was formally received
