之御暇被 仰出例之通白銀五十枚御巻物二十巻御拝領

御拝領上使御取扱如例右為御礼御老中 御廻勤

其節例之通御鷹御馬御拝領畢而被 召連候御家来

相勤める者は、なおその他にも御帰国なさるまでは少々の
被下物はあるであろう事なので、かねてより皆そのように
心得て取り扱うべきである。以上

一、四月七日、御領所坂井郡中筋村と丸岡領四ヶ村との境界の土地出入の件により、双方とも江戸表に参上した
一、同月十六日、上使として御老中酒井讃岐守忠音殿をもって御国許への御暇を仰せ出され、例の通り白銀五十枚・御巻物二十巻を御拝領。大納言様からも御付の御老中黒田豊前守直邦殿をもって御巻物十巻を御拝領。上使の御取扱いは例の如し。右の御礼として御老中を御廻勤
一、同月十八日、右と同様により御登城し、御暇の御礼を仰せ上げた。その節例の通り御鷹・御馬を御拝領し、召し連れてきた御家来・同郡左膳起平に御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御巻物三巻拝領を仰せ付けられ、相済んだ

Those who serve in such duties will still receive some stipends until [the lord] returns to the domain, so everyone should understand and handle matters accordingly. The above [dated] February.
1. On the 15th day of the 3rd month, former retainers of Yūki named Tsuka Yazaemon and Arakawa Ichirōemon came to pay their respects. They were granted an audience and given three bundles of cotton each along with seasonal garments.
1. On the 28th day of the same month, similarly, one named Akaogi Ichizaemon came to pay his respects. He was granted an audience and given three bundles of cotton along with seasonal garments.
1. On the 29th day of the same month, due to a fire at Kakuōin within Tōeizan temple complex, [the lord] made an official visit.
1. On the 7th day of the 4th month, regarding a land dispute over boundary soil between Nakasuji village in Sakai district of the domain territory and four villages of Maruoka domain, both parties came to Edo.
1. On the 16th day of the same month, through the envoy Senior Councilor Sakai Sanuki no Kami Tadane, permission to return to the home domain was granted. As customary, fifty pieces of silver and twenty scrolls were bestowed. From His Excellency the Dainagon as well, ten scrolls were bestowed through the attending Senior Councilor Kuroda Buzen no Kami Naokuni. The envoy's handling followed precedent. As thanks for this, [the lord] made courtesy visits to the Senior Councilors.
1. On the 18th day of the same month, similarly, [the lord] went to the castle to express gratitude for the leave permission. On that occasion, as customary, hawks and horses were bestowed. The retainer who accompanied him, Dōgun Sazen Okihira, was granted an audience and bestowed three scrolls, completing [the ceremony].
