差上申一札之事
明和九辰年中馬為御糺御普請役
菊地惣内殿川島藤八殿御越之節私共
村々え被仰聞候者中馬鑑札ニ被仰付候ハゝ
御運上相納中馬稼可仕弐之旨御吟味
之処私共三ヶ村之儀者前々より中馬稼不
仕兼而相望罷在候処右之故御吟味
ニ付御鑑札奉請以来申立稼支度

明和九年辰年、中馬の件について御調査のため、御普請役の菊地惣内殿、川島藤八殿がお越しになった際、私どもの村々にお申し聞かせになったのは、中馬鑑札を申し付けられるのであれば、御運上を納めて中馬稼業を致すべきである旨の御吟味でした。
ところが、私ども三ヶ村の件につきましては、前々より中馬稼業は致しておらず、兼ねてより望んでおりました。右の故に御吟味に付き、御鑑札をお請けして以来、申し立てて稼業の支度を
