　 所を以此度御出入被　仰付十人扶持被下之

現代語訳

所を以てこの度御出入を仰せ付けられ、10人扶持を下された。御手医師として打込当番等を相勤めるべき旨を仰せ付けられた。

一 文化3年（1806年）寅6月5日、眼病につき願いの通り御合力扶持を召し上げられ、御出入の義はこれまでの通り仰せ付けられた。

英語訳

Based on his background, he was appointed to serve the domain and granted 10 person-rations. He was ordered to serve as a domain physician with duties including emergency calls and regular rotations.

- Bunka 3 (1806), 6th month, 5th day: Due to eye disease, as petitioned, his support rations were withdrawn, but his service to the domain continued as before.
