扶持無相違被下之御番方高之順席

藤田権兵衛妹後妻仕度願之通被 仰出
一 同月廿八日家内引取
一 同年八月十日妻病死
一 同五壬子二月十日御寄合酒井仁之介様御家来尾崎
利介養女後妻仕度願之通被 仰出
一 安政二乙卯三月三日去ル朔日御広間当番之処高家
戸田日向守様御馬物ニ驚欠払御門内江御乗入之節取計
之儀ニ付御番頭柴田瀬左衛門御役儀共御取上逼塞被
仰付御広間之儀は御番頭諸事差引可致儀ニ候得共
心得方も可有之処等閑之心得ニ 思召候依之遠慮
被 仰付同月十八日遠慮 御免
一 同三丙辰三月二日一昨夜御広間当番ニ而罷在候処
及深更休息所ニ差置候御金方預之銭箱致紛失
候を熟睡ニ而不心得候段度々御厳重ニとの
御沙汰も心得罷在御不取締之御次第不調法至極ニ
思召候依之遠慮被 仰付同月十六日遠慮 御免

一、弘化四年未(1847年)十一月二十日、奥田九左衛門の末期の願い置きの通り養子を仰せ付けられ、跡式として高四十俵三人扶持を相違なく賜る。御番方高の順席とする
一、嘉永四年辛亥(1851年)六月朔日、酒井修理大夫様の御家来藤田権兵衛の妹を後妻にしたいとの願いの通り仰せ出される
一、同月二十八日、家内に引き取る
一、同年八月十日、妻が病死する
一、同五年壬子(1852年)二月十日、御寄合酒井仁之介様の御家来尾崎利介の養女を後妻にしたいとの願いの通り仰せ出される
一、安政二年乙卯(1855年)三月三日、去る朔日に御広間当番のところ、高家戸田日向守様の御馬が物に驚いて駆け払い、御門内へ御乗り入れの節の取り計らいの件について、御番頭柴田瀬左衛門と御役儀ともども御取り上げ逼塞を仰せ付けられる。御広間の件は御番頭が諸事差し引くべき件であるが、心得方もあるべきところ等閑の心得と思し召しになり、これにより遠慮を仰せ付けられる。同月十八日遠慮を御免される
一、同三年丙辰(1856年)三月二日、一昨夜御広間当番で罷り在ったところ、深更に及んで休息所に差し置いた御金方預かりの銭箱を紛失したのを熟睡で心得なかった段、度々御厳重にとの御沙汰も心得て罷り在り、御不取締の次第、不調法至極と思し召しになり、これにより遠慮を仰せ付けられる。同月十六日遠慮を御免される

1. On the 1st day of the 6th month of Kaei 4, kanoto-i (1851), granted permission as requested to take the sister of Fujita Gonbei, retainer of Lord Sakai Shuridayū, as second wife
1. On the 28th day of the same month, brought her into the household
1. On the 10th day of the 8th month of the same year, wife died of illness
1. On the 10th day of the 2nd month of the same 5th year, mizunoe-ne (1852), granted permission as requested to take the adopted daughter of Ozaki Risuke, retainer of Lord Sakai Jinnosuke of the Yoriai rank, as second wife
1. On the 3rd day of the 3rd month of Ansei 2, kinoto-u (1855), regarding the incident on the 1st when he was on reception hall duty: when Lord Toda Hyūga-no-kami's (a Kōke family) horse was startled and bolted, entering the gate compound, regarding the handling of this matter, both guard captain Shibata Sezaemon and he were stripped of duties and ordered into house confinement. Although reception hall matters should be managed entirely by the guard captain, there should have been proper understanding, but this was considered negligent conduct, therefore ordered into discretionary confinement. Relieved from confinement on the 18th of the same month
1. On the 2nd day of the 3rd month of the same 3rd year, hinoe-tatsu (1856), the night before last while on reception hall duty, a money box entrusted by the finance office that had been left in the rest area was lost during the late night hours, which he was unaware of due to deep sleep. Having been repeatedly given strict instructions and being aware of them, this lack of supervision was considered extremely negligent, therefore ordered into discretionary confinement. Relieved from confinement on the 16th of the same month
