一 文政十一年子（1828年）三月三日、初めて御目見えを賜る
一 天保二年卯（1831年）正月十五日、御雇勤を仰せ付けられ、御番方助番を仰せ付けられる。これにより御合力として二人扶持を下される
一 同三年辰（1832年）閏十一月三日、水之手仮勤を仰せ付けられる
一 同十年亥（1839年）十二月三日、御繰り合わせにより、水之手仮勤を滞りなく御免となる
一 同十四年卯（1843年）五月二十二日、御勝手向御改革により、やむを得ず御雇勤を御免となる。これにより一人扶持を下される。もっとも今後も時に応じて勤務を仰せ付けられることもあるだろう

一 同四年辛亥（1851年）十一月五日、この度屋敷替えを仰せ付けられ、下田町の大久保松壱跡屋敷を下される

- On the 3rd day of the 3rd month of Bunsei 11, year of the Rat (1828), he was granted his first audience with the lord.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Tenpō 2, year of the Rabbit (1831), he was appointed to temporary employment and assigned as assistant to the guard unit. Accordingly, he was granted a stipend of two-person rations as financial support.
- On the 3rd day of the intercalary 11th month of the 3rd year, Dragon (1832), he was appointed to temporary duty at the water works.
- On the 3rd day of the 12th month of the 10th year, Boar (1839), due to personnel adjustments, he was successfully released from temporary duty at the water works.
- On the 22nd day of the 5th month of the 14th year, Rabbit (1843), due to financial reforms in the domain administration, he was unavoidably released from temporary employment. Accordingly, he was granted a one-person stipend. However, he might still be assigned duties from time to time in the future.
- On the 22nd day of the 7th month of the same year, he died of illness.

- On the 10th day of the 8th month of Kōka 2, year of the Snake (1845), his father Kinji had matters of concern and was ordered to retire, but through special benevolence, he was granted succession with a stipend of 50 hyō and three-person rations without change, and was appointed to the ranking order of the guard unit's stipend class.
- On the 1st day of the intercalary 4th month of Kaei 2, year of the Rooster (1849), he died of illness.

- On the 8th day of the 9th month of Kaei 2, year of the Snake (1849), in accordance with Endō Tamesaburō's deathbed wishes, he was appointed as adopted son and granted succession with a stipend of 50 hyō and three-person rations without change, and was appointed to the ranking order of the guard unit's stipend class.
- On the 8th day of the 10th month of the same year, he was appointed to enter the lord's reception hall guard duty.
- On the 5th day of the 11th month of the 4th year, Boar (1851), he was ordered to relocate his residence and was granted the former residence site of Ōkubo Matsuichi in Shimoda-machi.
- On the 15th day of the 12th month of the 6th year, Ox (1853), he was appointed to temporary duty at the water works.
