一 元文2年（1737年）2月19日、高3両2分を下され御徒士として召し出される
一 同3年（1738年）10月1日、亡父玄左衛門の跡式として高23俵2人扶持を下され、格式御次番を仰せ付けられ、御用人支配となる
一 寛延4年（1751年）4月28日、衣類方仮役並びに御茶道具預かりを仰せ付けられる
一 宝暦9年（1759年）12月15日、仮役を願いの通り御免となる
一 将迎院様の御錠口番を仰せ付けられる
一 安永2年（1773年）4月19日、格式御中小性として3俵1人扶持の御加増
鉄之進様、勇様の御附となる
本隆院様の御代
一 同7年（1778年）2月28日、御奥御錠口番を仰せ付けられ、御附の方は御免となる

Yamazaki Zen'emon
During the reign of Lord Genryūin:
- February 19, Genbun 2 (1737): Granted a stipend of 3 ryō 2 bu and summoned as an ashigaru (foot soldier)
- October 1, Genbun 3 (1738): Following his deceased father Gen'zaemon, granted 23 hyō of rice and 2-person food allowance, appointed to the ceremonial guard rotation under the steward's supervision
- April 28, Kan'en 4 (1751): Appointed as temporary official for clothing affairs and tea utensil custodian
- December 15, Hōreki 9 (1759): Released from temporary duties as requested
- Appointed as gate guard for Lord Shōgeiin
- April 19, An'ei 2 (1773): Promoted to middle page with an increase of 3 hyō and 1-person food allowance
Assigned to serve Lords Tetsunoshin and Isamu
During the reign of Lord Honryūin:
- February 28, An'ei 7 (1778): Appointed as inner palace gate guard, released from personal attendant duties
