一 嘉永元年申年（1848年）七月二十三日、兄丹三郎が臨終の際に願い置いた通り、養子を仰せ付けられ、跡式高四十俵三人扶持を相違なく下され、御番方の高の順席を仰せ付けられた
一 同年十月三日、御隠居様御側勤を仰せ付けられた
一 同二年酉年（1849年）四月二十八日、実兄志賀蔵の勘当を差し免じたい旨の願書を差し出したところ、願いの通り仰せ出された
一 同三年庚戌年（1850年）五月三日、養方の伯母内藤文治の妻に差し遣わしたい旨、願いの通り仰せ出された
一 同四年亥年（1851年）四月十三日、去る三日に御下屋敷御長屋向が御類焼した際、御隠居様御殿に罷り出て、あれこれと骨折って御道具の取り片付けに出精した段が大儀であると思し召しになり、これにより御金百疋、御吸物、御酒を下された
一 同五年壬子年（1852年）十二月朔日、御隠居様御小道具方を仰せ付けられた
一 安政二年乙卯年（1855年）三月朔日、御隠居様御小納戸御召物方を仰せ付けられ、その外はこれまでの通りとした

- In Kaei 1, Year of the Monkey (1848), on the 23rd day of the 7th month, as requested by his elder brother Tansaburō on his deathbed, he was appointed as adopted son and granted the inherited stipend of 40 hyō and allowance for 3 persons without change, and appointed to guard duty according to stipend rank
- On the 3rd day of the 10th month of the same year, he was appointed to personal attendant service to the Retired Lord
- In the 2nd year, Year of the Rooster (1849), on the 28th day of the 4th month, when he submitted a petition requesting the lifting of his actual elder brother Shigakura's disownment, it was granted as requested
- In the 3rd year, Year of the Metal Dog (1850), on the 3rd day of the 5th month, his request to be sent to serve his adoptive family's aunt, the wife of Naitō Bunji, was granted as requested
- In the 4th year, Year of the Boar (1851), on the 13th day of the 4th month, when the lower residence's long house was destroyed by fire on the 3rd, he went to the Retired Lord's palace and worked diligently to clear and organize the implements. His dedication was deemed commendable, and he was rewarded with 100 mon in gold, soup, and sake

- On the 28th day of the 6th month of the same year, he was promoted to messenger guard and appointed as temporary meal attendant and close attendant inspector to the Retired Lord, with other duties remaining as before
