一 寛延三庚午五月十五日数年御城下ニ罷在
医業相励候付御扶持方三人扶持被下之
一 宝暦五乙亥五月九日御大略ニ付御扶持方差上度
申立被届 聞召三ヶ年之間壱人扶持被下
不相替御家中療養等可相勤候
一 同九己卯二月廿八日旧冬蔵人出府ニ付差添罷出
此節迄罷出太義 思召候依之為御手当金
三両被下之
一 同十一辛巳四月六日当春蔵人出府ニ付差添
罷出長々相詰罷在候段達 御聴候太儀

一 寛延3年（1750年）庚午5月15日、数年間お城下に滞在し医業に励んでいることから、扶持方として3人扶持を下賜された
一 宝暦5年（1755年）乙亥5月9日、御大略（藩の財政難）により扶持方を返上したいと申し立てたところ、お聞き入れいただき、3年間は1人扶持を下賜され、変わらず御家中の療養等に勤めることとなった
一 同9年（1759年）己卯2月28日、前年の冬に蔵人が江戸出府する際に付き添って出向き、この度まで出府していたのは大変なことであるとお考えになり、御手当金として3両を下賜された
一 同11年（1761年）辛巳4月6日、当年の春に蔵人が江戸出府する際に付き添って出向き、長期間詰めて滞在していた段がお耳に達し、大変なことであるとお思いになり、御手当金として5両を【場所：江戸】にて仰せ出された
一 明和元年（1764年）甲申6月、息子の俊東は先日池田蓬庵の世話で酒井雅楽頭様の家来石川俊伯の養子に遣わしたところ、離縁となり蓬庵の弟子として滞在している。嫡子の件について

- Kan'en 3 (1750), 5th month, 15th day: Having resided in the castle town for several years and devoted himself to medical practice, he was granted a stipend of 3-person rations.
- Horeki 5 (1755), 5th month, 9th day: Due to financial constraints of the domain, he petitioned to return his stipend. His request was heard, and he was granted a 1-person stipend for three years, continuing to serve in medical treatment for the lord's retainers without change.
- Same 9th year (1759), 2nd month, 28th day: He accompanied the treasurer (kurando) to Edo during the previous winter's official trip. Considering his service until this time to be commendable, he was granted 3 ryo as a reward.
- Same 11th year (1761), 4th month, 6th day: He accompanied the treasurer on an official trip to Edo in the spring and remained there for an extended period. When this came to his lordship's attention and was deemed commendable service, he was granted 5 ryo as a reward, announced while 【Location: Edo】.
