一 文化2年（1805年）乙丑8月10日、鈴木俊東の名跡を継いだ栄元義が針治医業に精進していることから、御合力として3人扶持を下賜された
一 同10年（1813年）癸酉閏11月3日、新規に御供番格に召し出され、2人扶持の御加増、針治を仰せ付けられ、針料金1両を下賜された
一 同11年（1814年）甲戌12月10日、御領分座中取締の中藤検校を仰せ付けられていたところ、同人の座用が繁多のため先達ての願いの通り御暇を下賜され、それにより座中取締を仰せ付けられた
一 同14年（1817年）丁丑12月28日、家業に精進し、その上この度勾当に昇進した段をご称賛にお思いになり、御中小性格無足医に成し下され、2人扶持御加増、向後は御年寄支配とされた
頼寧君の御代
一 文政3年（1820年）庚辰5月25日、無足医並を仰せ付けられ、御雇勤無足医の次席と心得るべきこととされた
一 同12年（1829年）己丑10月13日、年来家業に精進していることから、給人にお取り立て成し下され、1人扶持御加増で8人扶持を下賜された
一 天保5年（1834年）甲午3月21日病死

- Bunka 2 (1805), 8th month, 10th day: Eimotoyoshi, who succeeded to Suzuki Shunto's professional lineage, was granted a stipend of 3-person rations as assistance due to his diligence in acupuncture and medical practice.
- Same 10th year (1813), intercalary 11th month, 3rd day: Newly appointed to the rank of attendant (osuppoban-kaku), granted an increase of 2-person rations, appointed to acupuncture treatment, and given 1 ryo for needle fees.
- Same 11th year (1814), 12th month, 10th day: Had been appointed as supervisor of the guild under Inspector Nakatō, but due to his heavy duties, was granted leave as previously petitioned, and consequently appointed as guild supervisor.
- Same 14th year (1817), 12th month, 28th day: His diligence in his profession and promotion to koto rank this time were deemed praiseworthy. He was appointed as stipendless physician of middle page rank, granted an increase of 2-person rations, and placed under the supervision of senior retainers henceforth.

- Bunsei 3 (1820), 5th month, 25th day: Appointed as assistant stipendless physician, to be considered as next in rank to employed stipendless physicians.
- Same 12th year (1829), 10th month, 13th day: Due to his years of diligence in his profession, he was promoted to stipended retainer status and granted an increase of 1-person rations, totaling 8-person rations.
- Tempo 5 (1834), 3rd month, 21st day: Died of illness
