唐船滞留之節追払之儀別紙ニ御書付之趣を以
各相談可被申付候委細は右近将監ニ被仰含
小笠原遠江守所へ可申遣旨被仰出候間猶又遠
江守へも可申談候
近々長崎へ御用附として渡部外記被遣候外記儀
三領之内へ至宿迄は追払見合可申候唐船へ
番船差出し候義は無節より相止唐船ゆる〳〵
滞留候を見届候様ニ可被申付事

一渡部外記事小倉下関若松ニ而も暫滞留いたし唐
船追払之様子最初一度は可致見分事
但外記事唐船滞留之領分に不居合候共何方ニ
成とも三領之内に在之事に候得は外記罷越候
を相伝に不及追払可申事
一外記事三領之内に在之候間に唐船追払之儀無之長
崎江罷越候以後三領之内に唐船滞留候はゝ長崎表
外記所へ注進いたし外記罷越候而追払之様子見
分候様ニ可仕候若長崎へ注進往来日数懸り彼是

唐船滞留の節、追い払いの儀について、別紙にご書付の趣旨をもって
各々相談申し付けられるべく候。委細は右近将監に仰せ含められ、
小笠原遠江守所へ申し遣わすべき旨仰せ出され候間、なお又遠
江守へも申し談ずべく候。
近々長崎へ御用付として渡部外記が遣わされ候。外記の儀、
三領の内へ至宿まではしは追い払い見合わせ申すべく候。唐船へ
番船差し出し候儀は無節より相止め、唐船がゆるゆると
滞留候を見届け候様に申し付けらるべき事

一 渡部外記の事、小倉・下関・若松にても暫く滞留いたし、唐
船追い払いの様子、最初一度は見分致すべき事
但し外記の事、唐船滞留の領分に居合わせず候とも、何方に
なりとも三領の内に在ることに候えば、外記罷り越し候
を相伝に及ばず、追い払い申すべき事
一 外記の事、三領の内に在り候間に唐船追い払いの儀無く、長
崎江罷り越し候以後、三領の内に唐船滞留候わば、長崎表
外記所へ注進いたし、外記罷り越し候て追い払いの様子見
分候様に仕るべく候。若し長崎へ注進往来日数懸かり、彼是

Regarding the matter of expelling Chinese ships when they remain in harbor, based on the written instructions on the separate sheet,
consultations should be ordered among all parties. The details have been communicated to Ukon-shōgen,
and instructions have been issued to send word to Ogasawara Tōtōmi-no-kami's residence, so further
consultation with Tōtōmi-no-kami should also take place.
Soon Watanabe Geki will be dispatched to Nagasaki on official business. Regarding Geki's duties,
expulsion should be postponed until he reaches lodgings within the three domains. The matter of
sending guard ships to Chinese vessels has been suspended indefinitely, and orders should be given to observe
Chinese ships remaining leisurely in harbor.

Memorandum
One Regarding Watanabe Geki: even if he stays temporarily in Kokura, Shimonoseki, or Wakamatsu,
he should inspect the situation of Chinese ship expulsion at least once initially.
However, even if Geki is not present in the domain where Chinese ships are staying,
if he is anywhere within the three domains, expulsion should be carried out
without needing to wait for Geki's arrival.
One While Geki is within the three domains, if there are no Chinese ship expulsions and he departs for
Nagasaki, should Chinese ships subsequently remain within the three domains, a report should be sent to
Geki's location in Nagasaki, and arrangements should be made for Geki to return and inspect
