之候猶又此度被 仰出趣
養子願申上并養娘等其外親類之内養妹等ニ仕婚礼
共ニ一所ニ相願申者ハ御定之如く願之通可被 仰付事ニ候
養子仕候以後実子娘出生并親類之内兄弟伯母姪等ニ
罷成候筋ニ而も右養子与一所ニ仕度願者七歳未満ニ
候得者服急も無之候間七歳未満之内願可申上候御吟
味之上可被 仰付候年齢過ニ而者不及御取揚候

立坊宣下被為済候為御歓御道中岡崎駅ゟ被指出候趣ニ而

ということである。なお、この度仰せ出された趣旨は、
養子願いを申し上げ、並びに養娘等その外親類の内の養妹等に関して婚礼を共に一緒に相談申し上げる者は、御定めの通り願いの通りに仰せ付けられることである。
養子にした後に実子・娘が出生し、並びに親類の内で兄弟・伯母・姪等になる筋であっても、右の養子と一緒にしたいと願う者が七歳未満であれば服忌もないので、七歳未満の内に願いを申し上げるべきである。御吟味の上で仰せ付けられる。年齢が過ぎてしまった者は御取り上げに及ばない。
一、四月二日、去る月十六日に京都において立坊宣下が済まされたことを御祝いするため、御道中の岡崎駅から指し出された趣旨で、
御使者御使番代の海福猪兵衛《定■》が御用番の堀田相模守《正亮》殿のもとへ参上し《御留守居同道》、御書を差し出した。
一、同月五日、江戸に御到着
一、同月七日、御参府につき上使の御老中酒井雅楽頭《忠恭》殿が御越しになり、上意の趣旨の御達しがあった《上使御取扱は例の通り》
一、同月十五日、御登城され御参勤の御礼を仰せ上げ終わって、お連れになった御家来の酒井外記《知喬》の御目見えが仰せ付けられた
一、同月十六日、御城二の丸内での出棺につき、三御所様の御機嫌を伺うため、御老中堀田相模守《正亮》殿、西丸御老中

This was the case. Furthermore, the purport of what was decreed this time is:
Those who submit adoption requests and also consult together regarding marriages for adopted daughters and other adopted sisters among relatives shall have their requests granted as decreed, according to regulations.
After adopting a son, if biological sons or daughters are born, or even if they would become brothers, aunts, or nephews among relatives, if the person wishing to be together with said adopted son is under seven years of age, there is no mourning obligation, so the request should be submitted while under seven years of age. It shall be granted after examination. For those whose age has passed, it will not be taken up for consideration.
1. On April 2nd, regarding the matter that the Crown Prince investiture ceremony was completed in Kyoto on the 16th of last month, in celebration of this, as indicated from Okazaki Station during the journey,
