茶杓にてこほしをたゝく人おほし
とてもふくさてふくものそかし
懸物の釘うつならは大輪より
九分さけてうつ釘も九分なり
中【「央にきやうしこしさす其時は」ヵ】
はいをしひたり火はし右なり
くはんせうは初り三つに後二つ
合て五つ打とこそきけ
茶入よりその茶すくはゝ心得て
初中後すくへそれは秘事なり
茶をふらは手先てふるとおもふなよ
ひちにてふるそそれか秘事なれ
ゆをくまは柄杓に心月のわの
そこねぬ様に心得て汲め
柄杓にて茶を汲時の習には
三つの心得ある物そかし
湯を酌て茶碗に入る其時は
柄杓は引な我がひじをひけ
ひしやくにてゆと水と汲其時は
汲とおもはしもつと思はし

茶杓で粉を叩く人が多いが
どうせ袱紗で拭くものである
掛物の釘を打つならば大輪より
九分下げて打つ釘も九分である
中央に香炉を置く其の時は
灰を敷いたり火箸は右である
閑照は初めに三つ、後に二つ
合わせて五つ打つと聞く
茶入れからその茶をすくうならば心得て
初・中・後とすくえ、それは秘事である
茶を振るうなら手先で振ると思うな
肘で振るのである、それが秘事である
湯をくむなら柄杓に心月の輪の
損ねぬように心得て汲め
柄杓で茶を汲む時の習いには
三つの心得があるものである
