現代語訳
今度、代参として馳せ登った諸勢の内、常陸国の者たちは豊田五郎、那須太郎、小栗九郎、横田忠次、塩谷四郎左衛門、益子五郎、佐野助太郎である。豊前国においては神田一族並びに長野七郎、山鹿左衛門、角田次郎、深水兵庫助、吉賀江六郎、妙見十郎、福島太郎、麻生次郎左衛門、加来三郎等が宇治合戦の時に川を渡って軍忠を致した。

This time, among the various forces who hastened to participate as representatives, those from Hitachi Province are: Toyota Gorō, Nasu Tarō, Oguri Kurō, Yokota Tadatsugu, Shioya Shirō-zaemon, Mashiko Gorō, and Sano Suketarō. In Buzen Province, the Kanda clan along with Nagano Shichirō, Yamaga Saemon, Tsunoda Jirō, Fukamizu Hyōgo-nosuke, Yoshigae Rokurō, Myōken Jūrō, Fukushima Tarō, Asō Jirō-zaemon, Kaku Saburō and others crossed the river during the Battle of Uji and rendered military service.
