うすいたも床の大小またもまた
道具によりてかはるしな〳〵
花入のおり釘はまた地鋪より
三尺三寸弐寸五分にも
花入に大小あらは見合よ
かねをはつしてうつもかね成
竹釘はかは目を上へうつと聞
かは目を下へうつはあやまり
三つ釘は中の釘より両脇へ
七寸三分あいおきてうつ
三幅の絵をかくるには中をかけ
軸さきをかけ次に軸脇
懸物をかくる時にはかへつきを
壱分もあひを置とこそ聞
絵によりて花に心かおほからむ
風にたてつく草花はなし
花見より帰りの人に茶湯せは
めつらしからす花も絵もおけ
不時なとに客の来らむ手前をは
こゝろはさらにわきをつゝしめ

薄板も床の大小によって、またもまた
道具によって変わるものである
花入れの折釘はまた地敷より
三尺三寸、二寸五分にも
花入れに大小があれば見合わせよ
金を外して打つのも金である
竹釘は皮目を上へ打つと聞く
皮目を下へ打つのは間違い
三つ釘は中の釘より両脇へ
七寸三分間を置いて打つ
三幅の絵を掛けるには中を掛け
軸先を掛け、次に軸脇
掛け物を掛ける時には返り釣りを
一分も間を置くとこそ聞く
絵によって花に心が多くあろう
風に立て付く草花はなし
花見より帰りの人に茶湯すれば
珍しからず花も絵も置け
不時などに客の来たる手前は
心はさらに脇を慎め
